Seeking Clinical Director
Responsible for providing oversight of treatment, case management, and prevention services. Continually evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of agency clinical services. Maintains knowledge of current accreditation standards, as well as federal, state, and local regulatory standards, to provide routine staff competency training. Develops and implements annual employee training regime. Writes policies, procedures, and proposals to maintain competitive, progressive, clinical services. Serves as lead HIPAA Officer, oversees agency compliance with Medicaid/CMH service standards. Master’s degree required, with at least five years experience providing therapy to multi-challenged families. Five years of clinical program administration experience required. History of grant writing and having proposals funded preferred.
