Eligibility Criteria : Medicaid or no insurance. Reside in Detroit, Hamtramck and Highland Park. (1) Be at least 18 years of age. * Women Specific services provided to residents of Hamtramck and Highland Park.

Substance Abuse Prevention
Public Education and information to prevent addiction and promote healthy life styles is provided through Black Family Development, Inc. prevention programs. Information/Education is provided, but not excluded to the following areas:
Eligibility Criteria : Detroit and Wayne County residents, adults and teens, requesting a presentation to their youth group, school, community organization, social service agency, faith-based organization, or other affiliation
