  • Eligibility Criteria: Referrals are received from the Wayne County Department of Children and Family Services for youth ages 10-21 who have been adjudicated, received a judgment of probation, or exhibited “at-risk” behavior in Wayne County, Michigan.     Intensive Family Services

    Many of the youth and families in the Care Management Organization (CMO) require a more intense level of care. The Intensive Family Services program partners with the CMO to specialize in addressing all needs of the family, provides support that keeps youth in community based programs, and reunites youth with their families. Committed and compassionate Therapists partner with families and youth ages 12 to 21 to provide a wide range, of effective interventions that ensure youth learn essential social skills to abstain from delinquent behavior.
